With over a decade of experience across private practice, nonprofit, public health, healthcare, and higher education, Dr. Pinkney brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and lived insight to her work. She specializes in supporting high-achieving individuals—senior leaders, emerging professionals, parents, and caregivers—navigating complex transitions, career shifts, and the pressures of leadership.

Dr. Pinkney also has a deep commitment to underserved communities, including Black Americans and at-risk populations, ensuring her care reflects cultural awareness and equity.
