About Me: Experienced Mental Health Counselor and Educator

With over a decade of experience in private practice, I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse sectors—including nonprofit, public health, healthcare, and higher education—providing tailored wellness services such as mental health counseling, career coaching, personal mentoring, and behavioral guidance to a wide range of individuals.

I specialize in working with high-achieving individuals, including senior leaders and decision-makers in high-level positions, whether in corporate environments, government, healthcare, or other top-tier fields. My practice also extends to emerging adults and professionals navigating life transitions, including the pressures of “adulting,” career changes, relationship shifts, and finding alignment during pivotal moments. In addition, I support parents and caregivers balancing demanding roles with their own well-being. My approach is discreet, results-oriented, and tailored to the unique challenges that come with leadership, responsibility, and navigating life’s transitions.

I also have a strong background working with underserved populations, including at-risk students, low-income adult learners, Black Americans, and communities of color.

My credentials reflect a deep commitment to the highest standards of professional practice:

  • PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision

  • Master of Science in Higher Education Counseling/Student Affairs

  • Post-master’s coursework in Clinical Mental Health

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Georgia

  • National Certified Counselor (NCC) and National Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (NCCMHC)

I offer more than just traditional counseling—I help clients make tangible progress, whether you’re dealing with burnout, relationship dynamics, identity shifts, or navigating life transitions. My approach is direct, compassionate, and focused on helping you achieve clarity, growth, and alignment with your personal and professional goals, all while maintaining confidentiality and privacy.

Currently, I live in Philadelphia with my long-term partner and our two cats, Grey and Axel (yes, I’m a proud “boy mom”). When I’m not working, I’m passionate about fitness—especially HIIT, strength training, and weight-lifting—and enjoy traveling.

If you’re looking for someone who understands the demands of high-level leadership or life transitions and can help you navigate complex challenges in a safe, effective, and confidential way, I’d love to connect. Let’s explore how we can work together to help you thrive. Send me a message below.
